Leslie Kaiser – Orthodontic Assistant

Leslie grew up in the Salisbury area and graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her dental assisting certification in 1998. In 2001, Leslie also earned her national board certification in orthodontic assisting. She lives in Rockwell, North Carolina with her husband, Joe; son, Blake; daughter, Laila; and their two dogs, Joey and Brittany. Leslie and her family enjoy playing cards, camping out and going to NASCAR races.

Susan Hartsell – Orthodontic Assistant

Susan grew up in Rowan County and now lives in Kannapolis, North Carolina with her husband, Chris; their two daughters, Shelby and Emma Rae; and their son, Tucker. Susan graduated from South Rowan High School and Rowan Cabarrus Community College. She received her dental certificate in 1998 and in 2001 she earned her national board certification in dental and orthodontic assisting. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and shopping.

Kristen Broeckling – Orthodontic Assistant

Kristen has been working for Busby & Webb since August of 2004. She has earned her x-ray certification and will continue her training in the dental field. Kristen and her husband, Eric, are originally from Illinois but they now reside in Woodleaf, North Carolina. Kristen enjoys shopping, going to the lake and walking her two dogs: Reese and Cole.

Sam Wells – Orthodontic Assistant

Sam grew up in the Salisbury area and graduated from East Rowan High School. She joined the Busby & Webb team in February of 2006. Sam and her husband, Justin, live in Salisbury, North Carolina. In her spare time, Sam enjoys going shopping, spending time with her family and going to the lake.

Megan Roper - Orthodontic Assistant

Megan grew up in China Grove and graduated from South Rowan High School.  She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assisting Certification in 2008.  Megan enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend, Jimmy, her family and her friends.  In her spare time she enjoys shopping, being outdoors, and riding motorcycles.

 Robin Greenwood – Treatment Coordinator

Robin is originally from the Salisbury area where she now lives with her son, Austin, and their dogs: Baby and Sadie. She joined the Busby & Webb team in April of 2004. Robin has been in the dental field for five years. She loves working with new patients and watching new smiles emerge. In her spare time, she enjoys playing softball, working out at the gym and camping.
