Leslie Kaiser – Orthodontic Assistant
Leslie grew up in the Salisbury area and graduated from East Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her dental assisting certification in 1998. In 2001, Leslie also earned her national board certification in orthodontic assisting. She joined the Busby & Webb team in July of 2004. Leslie lives in Rockwell with her husband, Joe; sons, Blak and Liam; daughter, Laila; and their cat, Carl. Leslie and her family enjoy shopping and taking trips.
Megan Freeman - Orthodontic Assistant
Megan grew up in China Grove and graduated from South Rowan High School. She furthered her education at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, receiving her Dental Assisting Certification in 2008. Megan joined the Busby & Webb team in July of 2008. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, being outdoors, riding motorcycles, and hanging out with her husband, Jimmy, and her family and friends.
Robin Greenwood – Treatment Coordinator
Robin is originally from the Salisbury area where she now lives with her two dogs, Baby and Sadie. She has a son, Austin, who is a student at Appalachian State University. Robin joined the Busby & Webb team in April of 2004. She loves working with new patients and watching new smiles emerge. In her spare time Robin enjoys playing softball, camping, reading and gardening.
Heather Shoaf - Clinical Manager 
Heather graduated from Rockwell Christian School in 2000 and Rowan Cabarrus Community College in 2002. She has been an orthodontic assistant for 9 years joining the Busby & Webb team in 2007. Heather currently lives in Gold Hill with her two dogs, Cash and Montana.
Allison Monk - Financial Coordinator 
Allison grew up in Rowan County and graduated from East Rowan High School. She now lives in Lexington with her husband, Nathan, their daughter Ellis Claire, and dog, Kate. Allison joined the Busby & Webb team in March of 2009. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going shoe shopping and eating barbecue.
Joy Rodgers - Marketing Coordinator 
Joy grew up in Salisbury and graduated from Salisbury High School. She has a daughter, Peyton, and twin boys, Cade and Carter. Joy joined the Busby & Webb team in July of 2010. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors and reading. Joy's favorite place to be is the beach.
Katie Menees - Office Manager 
Katie grew up in Salisbury and graduated from Salisbury High School. In 2002 she earned a BA in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Katie splits her time between Salisbury and Atlanta, Georgia where her husband, Cory, their daughter, Stuart, and dogs, Max and Maddi, live. She joined the Busby & Webb team in April of 2007. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys traveling, being outdoors, going to sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
Brooke Crowe - Orthodontic Assistant 
Brooke grew up in Salisbury and graduated from South Rowan High School in 2003. She graduated from Rowan Cabarrus Community College with a dental assisting degree in July of 2010 and, shortly thereafter, joined the Busby & Webb team. Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves shopping and playing with her dog, Tinkerbell.
Andrea Shahan- Orthodontic Assistant 
Andrea grew up in Arkansas where she graduated from Shirley High School in 1998 and earned her dental assisting degree in 2005. She joined the Busby & Webb team in November 2010. Andrea lives with her husband Andy and their daughter Madalynne. In her free time she enjoys shopping, spending time with family & playing softball.
Nicole Frick- Orthodontic Assistant 
Nicole grew up in Rowan County and graduated from East Rowan High School in 2005. In 2007 she earned her dental assisting degree from Rowan Cabarrus Community College. She joined the Busby & Webb Team in April 2011. Nicole lives with her husband Ben and her 3 step children Hannah, Chase and Austin. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves going to the beach any time she gets the chance.
Amy McIntyre- Orthodontic Assistant 
Amy grew up in Arizona and moved to North Carolina in 2000. She has worked in the medical field for the past 11 years, and joined the Busby & Webb Team in April 2011. Amy lives with her husband Robin and their two beautiful daughters Danielle & Hannah. In her free time she enjoys attending church, spending time with her family & scrapbooking.
Keela Harris- Orthodontic Assistant 
Keela grew up in Dobson where she graduated from Surry Central High School in 2004. She lives in Thurmond with her husband Terry and their Shihtzu Maylene. Keela has worked in orthodontics since 2006, she joined the Busby & Webb Team in May 2011. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, gardening and spending time with family.
Karen Brown- Appointment Coordinator 
Karen has lived in the Salisbury area for most her life. She is married to Paul and has three children Blake, Brynn and Kyler, a daughter-in-law Candice, and a granddaughter Cadence. Karen has two dogs Brandee and Bridget and a "grand"dog Huck. Karen joined the Busby & Webb team in June 2011. In her spare time she enjoys going to whatever activities her children are involved in, spending time with family and friends, gardening, cooking and reading.
